Make a quality assurance call to each client to ensure their basic understanding of the program. Verify the monthly payment amounts and dates to be drafted. Accuracy of all information is checked and missing information is inputted. |

Mail out a client welcome package, including a listing of creditors enrolled in the program for the client to confirm. We will also ensure that they receive any educational material that you wish to provide or we can provide our premium education kit at no charge to you or the client. |

Ensure that each client has all information necessary to contact us. |

Put each client on a newsletter mailing list. This could be sent in your name or with our generic newsletter name. |
